Most of our inflatables products are made of PVC Tarpaulin,flame retardant, water resistant and UV proof, which has passed certified by CE/SGS/ECM/TUV safety and compliance . No poison and smell, tough and durable.

Can you print our picture or logo on the product?

Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatables, and you can offer the pictures in any format made by Photoshop or CorelDraw.

I provide any product drawing, can you design for me?

Yes, we have professional designers, you can send us your requested details and sketch or picture, we can design any products for you.

What kind of guarantee you give?

Warranty: 2 Years, normally, the materials of our inflatable product could 3-5 years. If they are broken or damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. We would send a repair kit for each inflatable product for free.

How do you deal with repairs/defective products?

For minor defects that customers can repair, we offer repair kit, repair instruction and video. During warranty period the irreparable products will be replaced.

How long does it take from ordering to getting the shipment?

About 7-15 working days for production.Shipping time depends on which country and shipping way, please contact us for details.

What are the payment terms?

T/T,Credit Card, L/C, 50% deposit to confirm the order, the balance is paid after checking the photos of the finished product or random inspection before shipment
